Scope of Application
Indoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating is used for indoor fire protection, insulation, and decoration of beams, columns, and steel pipelines of exposed load-bearing steel structures in sports halls, exhibition halls, power plants, airports, station waiting rooms, and industrial plants.

Grassroots treatment and construction methods
1. Construction should be carried out by wiping or spraying, and the spraying tool should use a self weight spray gun. During spraying, the air pump pressure should be 0.4~0.6Mpa.
2. Pay attention to the consistency of the construction coating, so that it does not fall down during spraying.

3. Spray in 4-6 coats according to the fire resistance limit level requirements, and spray the second coat after basic curing. It is recommended to spray paint flat for the last time to facilitate the application of the surface coating.

4. Surface layer construction: ① The surface layer construction can only be carried out after the bottom fireproof coating is basically dry. It is recommended to use matching surface layer coating, and the moisture content of the bottom layer should be ≤ 10%. ② The surface coating can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying. ③ Generally, the surface layer should be applied twice and must be completely closed.

Storage, transportation, and packaging specifications
The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place above 5 ℃, protected from direct sunlight and low temperature storage. The storage period is 6 months, and packaging and transportation should be protected
Frozen, impact resistant.
