Scope of Application
Fire protection for beams and columns of indoor steel structure frames in high-rise steel buildings, industrial steel structure factories, airport railway stations, petrochemicals, firewalls, sports venues, etc.

Grassroots treatment and construction methods
Before construction, the dust, oil stains, and floating rust on the surface of the steel parts to be constructed must be thoroughly removed. The fireproof coating can only be applied after the steel parts have undergone rust prevention treatment.

The construction method for the width of steel components according to technical specifications is as follows:
1. After the surface of I-beams, H-beams, and rectangular steels with a width of less than 300mm is treated with substrate roughening, fireproof coating can be applied
2. The construction requirements for fire-resistant coatings require that the surface of the steel structure be roughened. The roughening treatment slurry (a mixture of fire-resistant powder and fire-resistant special adhesive in a ratio of 2:1) should be added with an appropriate amount of water and thoroughly stirred evenly (the slurry should not be too thick); Perform hair pulling spray coating, with a coating thickness of generally 2-3mm; The next step of construction can only be carried out after the roughening treatment layer has been dry for about 24 hours.
